Hi...I cannot use my ee sim because the call barring is on,I'm on pay as you go,but I spent money on my sim ,the call barring password I didn't put so I don't know it I cannot use the sim please I need your help

Hi @EUGENius1983,

If you have changed your SIM PIN from the default and have forgotten it, you would need to call Customer Care from another phone to reset it.

Are you sure the issue isn't being caused by not having sufficient credit or a roaming pass to allow you to use your pack allowances in the EU?
