Been charged for a bizarre PAYG Data Addon I never asked for

I use a PAYG simcard, and about a month ago, I was wondering about using a small amount of data, texted 'ADD DATA' to number 150, and got the price list. I saw the hefty price rise from April (masked by upping the data limits) and decided that it wasn't worth it for the amount of data I was likely to use.

Fast forward to today, I'm checking my account and I'm shocked to discover I have £20 less than I was expecting. Investigating further, I see that after to the 'ADD DATA' pricelist response text, was a text that read: "Great news, your 5GB add-on is ready to go! It lasts up to 30 days and £20.00 has come out of your credit. To keep track of your usage text BA to 150 or go to My EE'. At no point did I ask EE for any data, nor did I use any. What's more, £20 for 5GB data for 30 days isn't even even an add-on you guys offer either this year or last?

I'm confused and annoyed. What the hell is going on? Why are you guys taking my money without asking, in order to supply me with products you don't even offer?

The following should be the data add-ons available to all users:Capture.PNG

Yes. That (in SMS form) was the price list I turned my nose up at. Instead, EE has unilaterally charged me for a months worth of data that's more expensive than anything in that list.
