i have been trying to top up my phone with the £15 pack for the past 2-3 months and it says payment was not successful, we have tried with a different card and choosing another pack, and it hasn’t worked for months, if i can’t get my credit back or if you can’t help i will be leaving EE as i can’t do anything with my phone with no credit, 

can you help in anyway

You don't top-up with packs, you top-up with money & then buy the pack from that credit.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
