tried switching to monthly sim only plan

Resolved! Pack not working

I recently purchased a pay as you go sim card and after inserting it on the phone and toping up, it still doesn't work: no internet, no sms/calls. What should I do in this situation? 

Eu top up

I have topped up my pay as you go with eu minutes data and calls , but it’s not working. The card is new from U.K. , but I am up Portugal! Any ideas?
