£10 Subscription Pack

I've recently joined EE as my previous network provider's data allowance was a tad stingy, it was £15 and I got a measly 10gb so I got EE's  £10 subscription pack £10 gets me 20gb ok?

I've been using it it's my first month, I'm nearly renewing but when I check the info on my £10 subscription pack it clearly states £10 gets 8gb? Now I'm not wanting to let this pack renew as 8gb is way too little I was under the impression that the £10 subscription pack gets me 20gb every month I renew it?

@Shaz702 : Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 12GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until have exhausted the normal ration.

No, I look on my phones information in it's settings and it tells me how much data I've used and how I've got left, I also look at the information on the subscription pack on EE it states £10 pack gives you 8gb it should say £10 subscription pack gives you 20gb.

 

The normal ration is 20gb , that's what this £10 subscription pack advertised before I bought it, now it's saying £10 gets you 8gb.

Not sure what you mean by "look for the the other 12gb" 

On mine it says this

If you text AL to 150 what reports back?

If this shows 8GB please give us a call so our customer care team can look into this further for you.

I live in the countryside but I'll be popping in to the city some time this week I'll pop in to the EE brick and mortar shop then and see what's going on thank you your reply

I would definitely recommend popping into the store when you are able to. 

Alternatively, our customer care team on 150 will be able to look into this further.

Look in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Phones and devices > View Add-Ons. Is the missing 12GB there?
