Hi How do I get just credit. Every time I buy credit online or redeem a voucher for my EE top up it automatically turns to limited data with a 30 day expiration. I dont want this I just what credit.

Top up charged but not showing

I’m on the ee website and just tried to pay for top up. It came up with a message saying the transaction couldn’t go through. But then I get a notification from my bank that I was in fact charged the £20.. but my account still says 0 credit.
