i topped up my credit with 20£ but cant get a subscription pack with the money. when i check my balance my actual credit is 0£. how can i get the pack without having to pay for it again?

Hey, i'm also having the same problem. Put 15 on my SIM, tried calling, texting or anything and it's not workingIs there anyway to reactivate the phone sim online or would I need to go into an EE store to do it?
