I purchased a SIM card before flying to Spain, and the card is topped up with £25, I also requested the £15 pack, however, while in pain, I realized I am unable to activate my pack or use my card. whenever I text or call the connection cuts off. I tried to call 150, 360 and another mobile number for free call and when I dial it says 'Our bad' then it hung up. if this cannot be sorted from abroad, then can I get a refund for my balance?
