New debit card

I have a new debit card.  I'm trying to change the card on my EE account details but if I select 'remove card' I'm warned that this will cancel my monthly top up.  I simply want to replace the old card with the new card and continue with the top up.  How do I do this please?

I have tried to edit my debit card details in 'Mange Cards@, but it only allows you to edit the card expiry date. I cannot find how to edit the long card number.

Are you able to remove a card and add it again with the correct number?

Log in to MyEE and click on menu, then select Account Settings. On the new page scroll down and select 'Manage Your Account'. Your current debit/credit card details will be displayed and you have the option to Edit or Remove the card details. (Editing only allows you to alter the expiry date, not a new card number!)

If you want to reinstate your card again then go to your Home Page and select 'manage payment' on your pack (I have a pay as you go account). This leads you to page to fill in all your card details (again).

Absolutely diabolical tried so many times to put my new card details in, spoke to someone on-line ended up going instore for them to do it AND they couldnt do it either! now I am giving someone else my business

Jesus EE, There is no way to add a new card.

Your cards

You currently don't have any payment card registered.

 

There is no option to add a new card. Your support documentation is out of date.

Hi Leanne,

 

PAYG account, card had expired and wanted to replace. There is no menu anywhere allowing you to input a new card.

My plan expires tonight.
