Hi all, i recently bought a EE sim card and i topped it up with £15 however i am not available to choose the £15 pack whatsoever, i can choose the £10/£5 ones but i cannot get the £15 one. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Where did you buy it? Current PAYG SIMs do not have a £5 pack. They are legacy packs. Perhaps you've been sold a legacy SIM.

What does texting ALL PACKS to 150 from your no. fully report (it is free)?

I’ve bought it from Tesco, if i text “ALL PACKS/PACKS” it shows me a list with all the available packs including a £5 pack

No, that's not a legacy SIM, altho' I don't know why the £5 pack is appearing.

Can you not text PACK15 to 150?

I can text “PACK15” but when i do nothing happens, i get an answer to all the other texts such as “Number” “balance” etc but nothing when i text “PACK15”
