New debit card

I have a new debit card.  I'm trying to change the card on my EE account details but if I select 'remove card' I'm warned that this will cancel my monthly top up.  I simply want to replace the old card with the new card and continue with the top up.  How do I do this please?

Don't worry, you'll be able to reactivate your recurring top up as soon as you add your new card.

You can manage your payment cards in My EE.

Hi, I enter My EE. But I didn’t find where to cancel my payment card.

You can update your card details and remove any registered cards in your My EE account > Menu > Manage Cards. 

Or, please call us on 150 and the team will get the card removed for you.

In My EE, select Manage cards from the menu.
