@youngchae   Your setting up a recurring payment that means it will automatically take the payment each month from your account, this isn’t a manual top up of your PAYG account.   It also clearly say Additional payer authentication required to complete payment .  You need to approve that 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

My Mastercard would not be accepted by EE but when I used my debit card it all went through no problems 

hahahaha so this is the solution you have been shouting about
