EU Roaming - 24 hour packs

Hi,

So I have paid £2.50 to use my UK allowances in the EU for 24 hours. At the end of the 24hrs you receive a text message advising that the period has ended so you can renew. However I have noticed that EE also take an additional fee from your PAYG credit in the interim period whilst you are buying a new pack.

What a con.

Hi @jkingsbury1

Welcome to the community.

How much was your credit reduced by?

Chris

Each time I renew a 24 hour EU roaming back you are taking an additional 60p from my PAYG credit.

Please reimburse me ASAP or I will take this further.

They falsely advertised the price of a 24 hour roaming pass as £2.50, when in fact £3.10 is being charged...

I'm sorry to hear that, @jkingsbury1. We don't have access to your account here in the community. I suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can look into this and find out what's happening.
