Live Chat & 150 not working

Is nobody working at EE today? 

I can't get through to EE on 150 - the call cuts off every time after telling me it's at least a 20 minute wait. And nobody's on the live chat either - I've been waiting over an hour. I get a message saying wait times are longer than usual, but an hour is just ridiculous.

It wouldn't be so bad if their business website was any use, but you literally can't do anything on it. All I want to do is add roaming to my boss' mobile.

And the contact number I was given on Twitter tried to transfer me to the customer service team but guess what. I GOT CUT OFF AGAIN. And I'm still on the live chat......

Honestly, the past two days service has been diabolical.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having so much trouble getting through today; it's a busy time of year but I'm confident if you give us another try tomorrow you'll be able to get this sorted. 

150 is always the main option from an EE account, but so you can be absolutely sure you can find all the contact details you need for our business team here:

I tried calling and after one hour i gave up after which i went on the app to send a message. This was hours ago and still no answer

Sadly EE changed for the worse. i'm trying to get in touch for few days now and it is impossible to get through unless you have hours to spare. Chat messages do not answer at all. It use to be so easy couple of years ago to speak to someone but now you might as well forget it. i wanted to upgrade my contract but now i will rethink as paying nearly £200 monthly i expect better service

I think i will get my phone outright from Apple and just keep my current contract until it expires. Such a missed business opportunity from EE side. i'm sure they are loosing thousands of customers because of this.

After many attempts i managed to get hold of someone through app messages on my phone. All sorted now but it was stressful to say the least. All the best all and have a good holiday and New Year.

Yes i have but got stack on the 20% perk discount which was not working for some reason. After many attempts i have managed to get hold of someone through chat on the app and it was all sorted as they did it for me. Thanks
