Awful service

Second time I've switched from roaming to TNT Sports. Each time sports doesn't work. Contacted support line,they say will ring back in 15 mins. Waited over an hour each time. Eventually hung on to speak to someone, couldn't resolve the problem. Said tech would ring within 24hours. Guess what they didn't. What a shambles!!

Welcome to the community,

You can only change your options once a month, so if you had roaming for two weeks, then you would have to wait until the following month to change it to TNT Sports, as per terms and conditions.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I had roaming for over a month so there shouldn't be an issue switching to TNT.  2 days on still no contact from technical services!! Is anybody there?

Since making the switch back to TNT, have you tried activating this again by heading over to ee.co.uk/tntsports?

What did our team try when speaking with you about this last too?
