Broadband. Impossible to claim game pass offer

Joined EE broadband over 14 days ago, received an email telling me to claim an an Xbox game pass ultimate. The instructions link to "your plans" and refer to a add on Add/Activate.that doesn't exist. Going to add subscrIptions wants me to provide a payment method. 

Can anyone provide instructions that actually enable me to redeem the Xbox game pass? 

It would have been much simpler if we just provided a voucher code.

Welcome to the Community. 

To activate your Xbox games pass just log into your EE online account (via the website, not the app), Select the Broadband and click on "plans & Subscriptions" at the top. 

If you then choose the "gaming" section and click on Xbox Games Pass Ultimate. Followed by the appropriate subscription option. 

Activating the inclusive subscription option does not work through the App.

If I click manage, plans and scubsriptions I get 3 options.  Mobile, ee home broadband,  and subscriptions.

Ee home broadband has no options for adding Xbox game pass. Subsriptions wants me to setup a new payment plan for an Xbox game pass subscription. There is no option for activating the inclusive subscription.   

This would be much easier if the email had a url direct  to the activation page.

It should be under the 'Mobile' option, then inclusive extras.

What options do you get when you text PICK to 150?

The mobile option just gives me the option to change my inclusive add-on. Same with pick. No way to activate a game pass as an additional add-on.

If you're not seeing any options within the broadband section of your account, I'd recommend reaching out to our customer care team so they can look into if we can activate it from our end.

Sat on hold forever, eventualy reached someone who cant resolve the issue and has sent a form to another mystery group who might be able to resolve this in 5-7 days.

In the same boat mate, be much easier if they just gave a flipping voucher code for 12 months subscription. I guess they make it hard to put people off bothering.
