I had EE broadband installed one month ago and added my mobile. My next bill is supposed to be July 17 and should be 32 pounds. But I have a message from my bank that EE will tomorrow take a charge of 239 pounds from my account. I can find no mention in my EE account about this payment or what it is for. I am abroad in a country with very expensive roaming so I can’t contact EE on their phone numbers and they offer no online way to be in touch with them. If anyone reads this from EE, could you let me know a way to contact you online?

Are you using your EE mobile SIM abroad? When is your mobile bill due? They won't be the same unless by coincidence.
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. using a web-calling app over WiFi.
