Phone problem while in call

Every time I ring out of receive a call the other person tells me it sounds like I'm under water.. but I have put my SIM card in 2 different phones and it's still the same problem . Any ideas

I have booked my phone in for repairs last week. I was told DPD was going to pick it up. How long does it usually take for them to pick up a package? I have had any contact from either EE or DPD.

Resolved! Replacement phone upgrade

HiI have a contract that i can up grade if I swap my phone. I am happy to do this.The phone however is a replacement due to loss of original one. Can I still upgrade or is it void due to phone not being the original.

Resolved! Upgrade

I am half way through a 24 month contract, I want to upgrade from a Galaxy z flip 6 to 7 . The upgrade fee is £100 on Anytime plan. Does anyone know how much it would be if  I kept my phone?
