I am so very, very close to pulling my hair out over this.
I ordered some XReal glasses from the EE website. They're a shocking product, completely unusable for me without additional hardware. I am completely unable to return them online, as I just get continually asked what handset it is, and what contract it's on. IT IS NEITHER. I went into a physical store for assistance, and they too weren't able to help. They just called customer services and picked the 'tablet' option, which again is obviously not correct. If you don't make a selection, it just hangs up on you. I'm also told to download the app, which is equally useless as the order does not appear in my account.
HOW THE HELL am I supposed to return this ridiculous product for my money back? If not even EE staff know how to do it, does that not say the process isn't working? I have less than 2 weeks to return this crap or I'm stuck with them. Can someone from EE just send me a form, or SOMETHING to get this process moving. I will never order from EE again.

Which online site did you order it from?
If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC.
