Hi, I want to extend ringing time of my Nokia 105. It only rings twice and cut off.
As my phone is not a smart phone… those number came up on Google search did not work.
Is there any different way?
I tried to make my voice mail back on but it is not working either then my voice mail is off at the moment.
What can I do? I’d be really appreciated if anybody can help me.

Many thanks

Thanks for confirming that @Achan1.

You do need to pop a space in here, so it's VM ON that you need to be sending.

The amount of rings should be consistent here though, and the default is 20 seconds.

Could there possibly be a feature internal to the handset that is screening calls early?

If you mean the *# type codes you may have found, those will work on any phone.

I've been using some of them on an old NK6310i quite recently, they work fine. All that "smart" means in this context is internet-connected.

What is the specific code you've been trying so far?

Hi, Thank you for your reply.
I honestly cannot remember them all… but some of them are….

610795322222230#**
**61*07953222222**30#
61*10130#
6107953222222*30#.

All GSM codes need a * or # at the start, that's how the network differentiates them from a normal call attempt.

The codes I'd use are **61*+447953222222**20# where 447953222222 is the voicemail number & 20 is the required delay in seconds. Try using 447 or +447 rather than 0

Hi, I tried **61*+447953222222**20# and **61*447953222222**20# but both came up “setting failed”. 🥲

Hey @Achan1!

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!

What exactly is happening when you're trying to enable your voicemail?
Is it VM ON you're sending to 150?

Peter

Hi, I my VM is off then I tried VMON but it failed. Message was try later. (VM ON? with space between?)

but either way… should not cut ringing only twice I suppose?
I noticed that ringing time is not always twice… sometime ring longer.
I hope… there is a way to fix it. 😓

P.S.
Sorry… what is happening is…
I want to extend ringing time of my Nokia 105. … It only rings twice and cut off.
My VM is off.
I do not wish to activate VM as my contract is Pay as you go.

Thank you @Peter_W .
I have not changed any feature on my phone and I cannot see any that sort of setting either.
My phone is little Nokia 105 4G.
