Extending ringing time on Nokia 105/ non smart phone

Hi, I want to extend ringing time of my Nokia 105. It only rings twice and cut off. 
As my phone is not a smart phone… those number came up on Google search did not work. 
Is there any different way? 
I tried to make my voice mail back on but it is not working either then my voice mail is off at the moment.
What can I do? I’d be really appreciated if anybody can help me.

Thanks for explaining there @Achan1, I read that as you wanting to re-enable voicemail too. 

As I mentioned earlier though, the default for ringing is 20 seconds. 

Do you have a good signal in your area, and are there other times when it rings correctly?
