Hello am 80 =year old, using doro 8100, when I receive a call i see the box that says decline or answer , I click answer and message disappears but phone call keeps ringing, I have also difficulty in getting phone to slide up. and also tried using a stylus....Any advice appreciated. as I keep losing calls and have to ring them back.

Thanks Alex, yep done all that.......BUTTTTT yay! managed to answer TWO calls today, so maybe something has changed.
Appreciate all comments always good to liase with someone. Thank you, will let you know if I revert back to not being able to answer.

@Kate203 Do you have issues when just pressing the screen ? Can you press the icons ok and access them without issue?

Hello Chris thank you for replying. I have no problems accessing the icons on the screen and can swipe up when logging in .It is just when I receive a call doh!

Have you only recently gotten the phone? Or have you had it a while and this problem has just started happening?

Had phone about 12 months, and noticed this about 6 months ago,Doro support suggested using Stylus, which does not solve problem. Strange that it is only happening when trying to answer a call. As I say I can press the answer and (decline/answer) disappear, but phone continues to ring instead of letting me speak with caller.So then when they hang up I have to ring them back. doh!!

@Kate203 You have probably already done so, but just wanted to check as it had not been mentioned, has the phone been restarted since the issue began?
Are there any available software updates in Settings> About phone> System/Software updates>Download and install?
