I took my device into the store for a repair and was advised that I’d be contacted once it was ready for collection. I’ve been tracking the repair through the link that was sent to me, and for the past two days it’s said that my device has been fixed and returned to the store but I haven’t received any notification or call to say it’s ready to pick up. What would be the best option here?
