Pairing cellular smartwatch with Sim .

Hi.I would like to know if EE can pair a cellular SmartWatch " Xiaomi SmartWatch 2 pro LTE " with my EE sim on a "Xiaomi Poco x5 5G" phone , so I can use my same phone number on my esim on my watch .
