I tried to add a phone to my sim only contract online, but ended up accidently ordering a new phone and contract, sorted that and EE said they'd send a return bag, then while on holiday it still hasn't arrived, so arranged another, also didn't arrive. Tried to hand the phone in in-store, can't do it. So ordered a third return bag and waiting for a 72 hour call back, that was 4 days ago, NO SHOW. So I'm still stuck with this phone that I'm no doubt getting charged for. HOW DO I SORT THIS

Have you checked with the returns team if they sent out a returns bag, or only email a returns label?
If we have sent out a returns bag, it may be worth contacting your local post office about missing mail? 3 bags to go missing it doesn't seem normal.
Alternatively, you may want to get back in contact with the returns team and ask if they can send a returns-label only via email, which the postal service scan when you send back your item in your own secure postage bag.
