i have placed a monthly pay sim card order for more than 10 days ago and still have not received a delivery

A delivery update won't be provided as delivery will be via Royal Mail post, however, you should have received this by now. 

Please get in touch with our customer care team who can chase this for you.

Once you placed your order did you receive an email confirmation?

Yes i have received the email confirmation more than 10 days ago and still i haven't received delivary update
