I bought a plan but it is inactive

Hello, on January 22nd I bought a PayG unlimited card, it arrived today but the plan that was supposed to be there is not available, the welcome SMS arrived and it said that the unlimited plan is for 35 pounds, but in the mobile application after registration it is not active and they ask me to buy the plan

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

On the EE website for 31.50 and with a 35-pound plan, everything is unlimited. The card is active because there's coverage, and I received an SMS saying "welcome to the network" and a 35-pound plan. Yes, I'm in the UK.

Have you tried to make a phone call from the Payg SIM card to complete the activation? 

If this doesn't work, please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide can check your pack and SIM has been activated successfully.

Yes, after logging into my ee account, there is no active plan and zero on the account, and I purchased a SIM with a plan for 31.50. The card is active, I did everything as it said, there was only 50 MB to start with, now it forces me to top up my account.

@marekszyszunia , as @Ali_A  has suggested, I would give customer care a call and press option 2, you should get through to one of the guides, who can take a look for you.
