I replied to PLAN05

NOW ITS GIVING ME SUCH MESSAGE BACK:

Sorry I didn't recognise that.

Im getting annoyed with EE, we pay £1 for the sim card but then told **bleep** and forced to topup, then when you have been forced, and try to use the service (150>PLAN05) then it gives you even more **bleep** messages.

Like i am not spending 1 hour back and forth just to get the same outcome.

This by far has given me second thoughts and surly will be moving to (Three 3)

They let you listen to your voice mail without ever having to top up, they dont force you to topup, signal is better, customer service is spot on, the app is also well laid out and user friendly.

@vEditzzz : I believe the £5 pack has been withdrawn but they haven't updated theirs msgs.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Your belief is clearly wrong 😅 i have just called 150 and it mentions the £5 plan, therefore going through each numbered menus just to get to the stupid thing...

So you know dont bother with the msg service as its useless.

Call 150 and try every menu till you get to the correct options...
