iPhone 16 delivery

I know I sound like probably every other whiney customer from EE but I am genuinely disappointed with my IPhone ordering experience.

I looked online for the iPhone 16 pro max and behold EE had some and stated on the page delivery within 2-3 days, I ordered it on the 3rd of October, there was no mention of this holding period or waiting for stock. I know this is a first world problem but I feel like it’s a bit misleading.

i know the reps will probably respond to this and i know it’s not their fault or problem but i really do think there should be some sort of disclaimer before you order. (I am aware some day delivery between x and x days however none was on the iPhone 16 pro max in black ) That’s the only reason why I got it from here thinking I’d receive my order quicker.

That’s what I have , mine shows order confirmation, and just waiting for dispatch, I can’t see your other email you uploaded

But the last email I sent it says order confirmed and I’ve already contacted the customer service. BTW  I phoned an agent to order for the new iPhone didn’t order online.

I already called it’s been confirmed already but a staff told me the reason it’s on pre order is because the iPhone is not in stock that’s why and now the phone should be in stock within 21 days…you guys should get yours in no time tho…I guess it’s by batch now

To be honest I don’t expect phone now until next month , I’ve phoned EE today and been told it’s 28 days … as they don’t have a stock at all !

No , mine hasn’t been dispatched just order confirmed, they said to me today dispatch won’t be until next month …

From the email you showed last I thought it says order dispatched…my order is still confirmed too we just need to wait

Hi im sorry i dont want to be on off those customers that rant but i got told that my delivery for iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Black Titanium would be delivered within 3 days i order it on the 27/10/2024 and it 5/11/2024 ive had no updates on when it will deliver im just wondering how long do i have to wait for it to deliver as im moving house and i wouldnt of ordered it if id thought it be this long i dont mind waiting its just how long for it to deliver.

Could somebody please check for mine as well? It’s an iPhone 16 pro max, 512GB Natural Titanium. I ordered it on Monday 6th January and it said it would be dispatched in 1 day.

I've taken a look here and we're still recommending next day dispatch on this model version, but it can depend on the time of day that you placed your order.

Was it online or over the phone that you placed this order, and have you had any texts from DPD yet?
