Placed a sim only order for 2 data plans yesterday early afternoon. When will I know it’s been accepted I’ve heard nothing since just the first email and how will I know which sim is which as it’s 2 different data plans and one I gave a pac code to keep original number

Hi @Aimee86xxx It's great news to hear that you're taken out 2 data plans with us yesterday, thanks for choosing our network 🙂

When the order has been processed, the sims will be sent out to you in the post.

If you have your PAC's from your other network, you can just give us a call on 07953 966 150 and one of our guides can link the number to the correct line.

I already gave the pac code upon ordering why would I need to do this again? Also how will i tell the difference from the sims? And how long untill I know if they are coming? I ordered them early Monday afternoon

Thanks for letting me know @Aimee86xxx You don't need to give us the PAC again if you've already given it to us 🙂

You can check which number is on the sim by texting NUMBER to 150, then you'll receive a text back with the number 

The sim does take a few days to turn up after you've ordered it, so just keep an eye on your mail.

If you'd like a specific update on your order, I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 from an EE phone or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
