I upgraded my contract last week, and the advisor went through and selected Monday for the delivery date, paid the fee etc, however, the order say at "waiting confirmation", so called up, the agent told me something must have went wrong, so reordered it, I had to pay the delivery fee again, again, told the delivery would be the next day, as it was available, etc, my new contract was in place and so on, days later, it's still sitting as "waiting confirmation", what is going on with this process ? I'm not phoning again to sit on hold to potentially just end up having to pay a delivery fee again!
