I know I sound like probably every other whiney customer from EE but I am genuinely disappointed with my IPhone ordering experience.
I looked online for the iPhone 16 pro max and behold EE had some and stated on the page delivery within 2-3 days, I ordered it on the 3rd of October, there was no mention of this holding period or waiting for stock. I know this is a first world problem but I feel like it’s a bit misleading.
i know the reps will probably respond to this and i know it’s not their fault or problem but i really do think there should be some sort of disclaimer before you order. (I am aware some day delivery between x and x days however none was on the iPhone 16 pro max in black ) That’s the only reason why I got it from here thinking I’d receive my order quicker.
Hope you enjoyed my lil rant lol and I hope I’m not the only one who’s been cucked lol

Is it still 21 days? Cause I also ordered iPhone 16 pro max natural titanium…I ordered on 9th of this month…so i guess we are left with probably 18 days.

I would contact EE because it doesn’t look like it has been confirmed, and you are on pre order so everyone else will get a phone before you , mine is confirmed but waiting dispatch and mine doesn’t say that I’ve pre ordered
