I ordered an iphone 15 10/03/2026 i still haven’t received any information on if my order has been accepted yet or anything i received an email saying Thanks, we've got your order, we'll begin to work on it straight away. but that’s all can someone help

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Please give us a call on 0800 956 6000, and if you're a new customer select the new/joining EE option, this will get you through to the sales team to check the order. Or, if this is an upgrade/additional contract please call 150 and select the upgrade option. 

Our guides can check the status of the order for you and give you an update. Let us know how you get on.

@kita3  Have you checked your spam folder? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

yes and i’ve tried to call but it’s not giving me the option for what i need to talk about
