New customer

Hi I’m a new customer and I’ve ordered the iPhone 16 on Saturday 6th March, I’ve received an email saying order confirmed waiting for dispatch so I think I’ve been accepted as on tracking it’s showing confirmed and awaiting despatch is ticked, just wondering how long before the phone is actually dispatched?

@Strattonj  You’ll receive a tracking number the day before.   Provided EE have that model spec in stock you’ll receive it asap. I’ll be surprised if you don’t receive it by Tuesday/Wednesday if it’s in stock.      What storage size and colour did you order because there’s more than one spec of the iPhone 16. 

  Saturday was the 7th by the way.  

I’ve just looked online and the fastest delivery is within 7 days but this isn’t all model specs so having that information will get you an exact answer to your question.

Any orders placed from 06/03/26 for the iPhone 16 128GB in Ultramarine shows 'Expect dispatch within 7 days.'

DPD will contact you once your device is ready for delivery. If you dont already have the DPD app, I recommend downloading this. It allows you to track your parcel, receive notifications, and manage delivery options easily.
