I ordered phone and SIM on 1/8 was showing despatch day after had no notification no delivery date.im a new customer to EE and it not looking good at moment

Have you been able to check your Junk/Spam folder for any emails from EE?

Well after a week waiting for phone which said despatched ended up phoned them and guess what not available anymore no email or communication to say this.trying to find the right link s for anything is ridiculous.anyway ended up re ordering a different one with customer service which took about 45 mins
