one hour and 15 minutes asking why my bill was wrong i had to pay £85 to put my service on.....Hacked through the BT upgrade app.....I would recommend not to trust EE for a reliable service robbing me with no apology given just take your money and give a bad customer service......Do not upgrade or place a order on line which i did and picked up in store i order iPhone 14 and received iPhone 13.tut tut EE

I am sorry to hear this.
Is your plan incorrect when you have upgraded or have you been charged extra on the bill?
Leanne.

@acidhousetechno If it was the wrong device what have you done about it ? You have the right to return that device? More importantly why did you or did you walk out of the store with it ? And what does your email conformation say you ordered ?
You say your bill was wrong at £85 and you had to pay it to get your service back on. What does your bill breakdown say on the extra costs ? Don’t forget you also got charged a late payment fee also.

@acidhousetechno You asking on a public forum. This isn’t customer services so anyone here can reply to you. From what your put and from what I can price together from what you’ve put you’ve been scammed and your blaming EE for that.
As for
“that my details was being watch by a acker ie on his computer screen”. EE wouldn’t know that someone was watching you online. That was the scammer saying that to you.
EE didn’t scam you you fell for a scam and you’re blaming EE for it.

Hi @acidhousetechno,
If you have received the incorrect phone, please fill out the Return request form and we'll send you a returns kit to send the phone back to you.
If you believe someone may have access to your EE account, please get in touch with Customer Care so the team can update your security details.
Thanks
James
