I ordered a Samsung S24 on contract yesterday lunch time (Saturday 5th April 2025) and received a confirmation email then nothing after that. The number given in the first email does not work with the tracking at all. I noticed in the subject of my email it said to contact them on a number so Sunday lunch time while on my break I called them to find out my contract was accepted but they want me to pay an extra £150 on top of the £40 up front payment I made when I ordered it. I agreed to that to then also be told that I’d need to pay nearly double the monthly payment than what it said when I ordered online. Stupid me agreed to that too because I’m a mug. So I paid everything that was asked and was told my phone would be on the way to me by tomorrow. It’s now Sunday evening and I do not have anything confirming my order other than the original email. When should I expect for it to be confirm or even available to see on the app or website because right now I can’t find anything on either.

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 if tracking is not working.
If you ordered over the weekend it maybe that your order is not processed yet.

Thank you, I called and was told my payments were there but my order was not so I had to re-order, luckily without any extra charges. Thank you for you’re help.
