Hi i have had to order a new phone and at the same time i had to order a new replacement sim card with the same number. today the delivery of my new phone arrived, however he would not hand over the phone since i didnt have the pin code to give him to receive my phone. i informed him i do not have phone which is why i have ordered a new one and the sim card number which the code has been sent to is in the phone package as well so i cannot get the code without the sim card which he had in the parcel. he said he couldnt give it to me and told me to call EE. i cant ring EE as i dont have a phone and i have been unable to access live chat from my laptop. Can someone advice what i can do as it is being redelivered tomorrow but i still cannot access the pin code?

@Lisslee123 Create a DPD account and use the same email address you use with EE. On there you’ll find the PIN.
