When will my order arrive in store

I ordered an iPhone via EE app on the 3rd April hoping that it will be delivered to my nearby store. They gave me a confirmation email with my order number and no other email was sent since then. I’ve tried multiple time to use the order number to track my phone but it shows “oops your tracking has timed out “ every single time. It now 7th April still nothing

@Eunice22  the store should contact you when it’s there for collection but try calling the store to see if they actually have it.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
