Tracking timed out

I ordered an s25 ultra and have had confirmation email but tracking isn't working. It just keeps saying timed out. Any suggestions?

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 if tracking is not working.

If you ordered over the weekend it maybe that your order is not processed yet.
