What hours is customer services open today they want more info of of me for my new phone order but I can’t give it to them because they keep saying there closed

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I have tried to but it won’t let me as they need to confirm a few details before they can send the item out
