What's happened to EE? Customer services used to be one of the best around. Now it seems they have people answering calls that don't know what they're doing, they have people in Sales that don't know the products they're selling and they just lie in general, whether it's about stock levels or changing delivery address. At this rate I'll be running my Contracts down and heading back to O2

I've had nothing but good customer service when i've called in to EE. I don't know the context of your experience with them, but it's nothing but good for me.

I'm sorry to hear this. 

Have you experienced delivery problems to your address? 

Which product did you request information for?

I made an order but due to a family emergency I needed to change the delivery address. I called and so eone assured me that she had changed the address for me. Although when the tracking info came through from DPD, it was still being delivered to the 1st address I gave. The original address is anything but local.

You may be able to change the address in the DPD app, but they'll only deliver it locally, or you can ask them to hold it for you

It's not an ideal solution granted, but it is a solution
