Hi I added a Xbox s series to my plan on the 18th of December but have not been sent a delivery date. Can anyone help

The EE Shop is showing, expect dispatch within 1-7 days for the Xbox Series S. 

If you would like an update, please call us on 150 and the team will check this for you 🙂

I’ve been waiting for my add to plan order for Xbox series s. I have confirmation order number but when I go to tracker it says can’t find your order. I have not received a delivery text stating my delivery date. Been wailing since 18th December. What is happening with my order?

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about this issue.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
