Hi,  I have just tried to order iphone 15 256gb, the £30 has been taken but then said error and havent had any communication or email since?

I pre ordered the new samsung edge. The only information I have received since my order was that it was dispatched on 27th May and not heard anything since. Any help would be appreciated !

Resolved! Bill brought forward

I ordered an upgrade but then cancelled it due to wrong address for delivery. I called and got the order cancelled and was told I wouldn't be charged. I have now got my bill with £50 brought forward for the new phone that I never received.
