Deliverey issues

Anyone else had a new phone not delivered. The package  just slung in the door a second later my son checked the package no phone . Postman was called back agreed there was no phone ( got this on ring doorbell footage ) he said contact the supplier they will send you new phone . Ee no tough luck basically . So paid for a phone that was never delivered and they won't send a new one ongoing case from August the 3rd. Have three phones and a tablet on contract with EE appalling service .

@Garethrigg  You go to the police and get a crime reference number you then make an official complaint via THIS if resolved after six weeks, you request a deadlock this will then go to the ombudsman to make a decision.  Make sure you pass along the crime reference number when you make that complaint.
