Can’t track my order, no tracking number

I placed an order yesterday around 12.30 I rang as they needed to discuss the order. The advisor said I’d receive the phone today. I’ve had no delivery updates, no tracking number, nothing other than confirmed direct debit set up.

Good afternoon,  I have just ordered my upgrade but I have not received any confirmation from ee and I can't find anything on my account.  Would this still go through please

 Hi @EE Community ManagerI ordered an iPhone 14 pro max yesterday and received no confirmation email although the upfront payment which was £30 was take from my account. Any idea what’s going on?
