EE order saying dispatch in 21 days

Hi there 2 days ago I ordered the AirPods Pro 2 because I had saw that they were on sale and in the description the delivery said 3-5 days however I have checked the app today and it is saying that it will be usually dispatched within 21 days, is there a reason for the big delay as I had assumed it would be coming during the time frame, the order number starts with EE- and I ordered it online on the website,

@Amaan08  because demand has outstripped what EE have in stock and there is now a queue for these.   They’ll be sent out on a first come first served basis when EE receives more.
