I placed an order for a new phone on Monday checked my emails no order number. How can I track it to see where my phone is

Did you place our order online, over the phone or in one of our stores?

I’ve got the same issue. I’ve placed an order on the BT app this morning, paid the upfront cost of the device and haven’t had any communication.
The final screen didn’t show an order number. It just said “Your order” in a banner then EE’s logo at the bottom.
Not the best initial experience with this network as a new mobile customer.

Same issue. After ages on the phone I was told by EE that the delivery was "held" by the courier as there was no identifying code. The courier is messaging me - but not getting through. EE possibly provided incorrect or incomplete info to the courier.
so no tracking order number, no messages from the courier, EE told me to deal with Courier directly. Why am I in the middle without my delivery or the info needed to trigger it? I'm extremely disappointed by EE sloppey shoulders.

I have the same issue and I bought from the store and they did not give me any invoice or proof of purchase an mentioned that this will be sent by email and didn't received anything yet. Calll EE they said I needed to go back to the store and it did not solve the problem. What do I need to do? I need to claim my watch and it needs order number

If you purchased in-store and got the device on the day, they should have offered you the option of a paper copy of the receipt and upon returning they should have looked through their system to see if they could find it for you after not receiving it by email.
It would have a transaction number on it that you could use for submitting your claim.
If you had to have it delivered, you should have received an email automatically to your registered email address with an order confirmation. The store would be unable to get this for you in this scenario as it wouldn't have come out of their direct stock, however the package would have had a sheet in it which had an invoice/order number.
