Upgrade

On Friday, I went to upgrade my phone. I wanted the A55 with 256GB storage. I selected that but wondered what other colours were available. I browsed the colours but none were available with 256GB. So I went back to Amazing Blue and was 99% sure I selected 256GB option. Went through all payments ect and paid £200 up front for the phone. Recieved a text on Saturday saying my A55 128GB device will be delivered today. Fast forward 2 days as I've been busy, ring after work today and only option is to return device when I would like to keep the contract but just change the phone to 256GB and obviously pay more per month for the phone but not have to wait for 14 days for the refund of £200 pounds. Just keep the money for the new phone I would like. Obviously, I cannot speak to a real person, only an automated system that now says my return has been started. Call centre stated to be open until 8pm but ring and manage to select options to speak to a person to be told I have to ring before 5pm.

@Tom_40  You cannot just swap the device the whole contract including the airtime is part of the upgrade, so once it’s returned and your account has gone back to your original contract can you upgrade again to the device you want.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
