Hi I placed an order on the 19th of November for a pair of second generation air pod pros- they haven’t arrived yet and I have not even received an email to confirm the order. I can’t even track them as I’ve not received any order number to allow me to track them on the app. 
is this normal? It’s now the 24th and I’m still waiting.

@Si10-  have you checked your spam folder ?    The website at preset is saying usually dispatched in 21 days that’s probably why you don’t have them yet.    If you don’t have any confirmation of order you’ll need to call customer support. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
